Professional

Yoga, for me, is not merely a discipline — it is a sacred way of living.

I am an Advanced Yoga Teacher with over 1100 hours of formal training, certified by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India (GOI) as a Yoga Teacher and Evaluator, and internationally accredited as a Yoga Instructor.

My journey is deeply rooted in the Ancient Scriptures of Yoga and classical Indian philosophy. Years of Meditation practice and traditional study have shaped my understanding of yoga beyond posture — into awareness, breath, discipline, and inner stillness.

I have been associated with some of India’s most respected yoga institutions, including The Yoga Institute and S-VYASA.

I have also been connected with Isha Foundation, where I have volunteered for several years, immersing myself in Seva and Spiritual discipline.

These experiences have deepened my respect for authentic tradition and structured learning.

Currently pursuing my Master’s in Yoga Therapy, I continue to integrate classical wisdom with therapeutic understanding — offering yoga as a complete system of balance, healing, and self-realization.

Through my classes, I hold a space of sincerity and stillness — where practice becomes prayer, and awareness becomes transformation.

I offer:

• Traditional Hatha Yoga
• Meditation & Breathwork (Pranayama)
• Mantra and Chanting
• Therapeutic Yoga Sessions
• Personalized One-to-One Guidance

History:

I was a medically diagnosed survivor of over 6 years of mental depression, anxiety, panic attacks, IBS, and other hormonal imbalances. Those years were some of the most challenging chapters of my life — filled with uncertainty, fear, and emotional pain.

But everything began to change when I turned toward the ancient path of Yoga. Not just the physical practice, but the deeper dimensions — pranayama (breathwork), meditation, mantra, and the timeless wisdom of yogic scriptures — slowly brought healing to my body, mind, and soul. Yoga became more than just a practice; it became a way of life, a sacred journey inward. I now call myself a seeker — someone deeply drawn to ancient yogic knowledge and spiritual truth. Through this page, my intention is to share this powerful, transformative wisdom with others across the globe.

If even one soul finds light through what I share, my purpose is fulfilled. If you’re going through something difficult, know that healing is possible. There is a way back to peace. Let’s walk this path together — with compassion, awareness, and the timeless guidance of Yoga.

With gratitude and love,

Bishnupriya Das
